Personal Training 1:1 with a qualified professional allows you to be coached and guided specifically towards your health and fitness goals.
It involves objectively examining your lifestyle and making improvements via an individualised training program and diet/nutritional advice. It allows the trainer to give their undivided attention to ensure that you are motivated and kept accountable to achieving your goals.
1:1 Personal Training sessions vary in duration from 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length depending on what you decide with your trainer.
