Small Group Personal Training.

Do you want the motivation of getting fit and working out with your friends or a small group of likeminded fitness enthusiasts, then small group Personal Training is for you.  Our Jim’s Personal Trainers will design your individual training program but you pay a fraction of the price of a one on one session.

Differences in fitness levels is not an issue in small group Personal Training sessions as our Jim’s Personal Trainers will expertly structure the sessions to ensure all participants are training at the appropriate levels, even if you are coming back from an injury.
