Group Fitness Classes.

Jim’s Personal Training Group Fitness Classes are a great and inexpensive way to keep fit in a social environment.  Our classes are designed for all ages and fitness levels, but especially beginners.  Jim’s Personal Trainers will help you learn the basics and stay motivated.

Classes may be based around cardio, strength, flexibility or core stability, but no matter what type of class, you are bound to have fun and burn calories!
