1:1 Personal Training.

Personal Training 1:1 with a qualified Jim’s Personal Training professional allows you to be coached and guided specifically toward achieving your health and fitness goals.  It involves objectively examining your lifestyle and current level of fitness and making improvements via an individualised training program and diet/nutritional advice.

Jim’s Personal Trainers will ensure that you are motivated and kept accountable to achieving your goals.  1:1 Personal Training sessions vary in duration from 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length.
